Coorg – Hills – 3N/4D

Tentative Day wise Plan

Day 1:    Arrive Bangalore – Coorg (270Kms / 6Hrs)

Pick up from Bangalore Airport/ Railway station and drive to Coorg enroute if time permits stopover at Shravanabelagola to see the Gommateshwara Bahubali statue – standing 58-feet tall, is considered to be the world’s largest monolithic statue & one of the most important tirthas (pilgrimage destinations) in Jainism. Post visit continue towards Coorg, arrive and check in to your hotel. Evening at leisure, overnight stay at Hotel

Day 2:    Coorg Sightseeing

Morning after breakfast go for a visit to the Dubare Elephant Camp. Besides a normal visit you can choose from various interactive sessions like elephant grooming, feeding, and elephant ride etc (on direct payment basis). Return to the resort for Lunch. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at Hotel

Day 3:    MadiKeri Sightseeing

After breakfast, enjoy sightseeing tour of Madikeri and visit Omkareshwara Temple. This temple is an amazing mix of Catholic, Gothic and Islamic architecture. Drive to Abbey Falls, which is about 7Kms from Madikeri. Evening return back to the hotel for overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 4:    Coorg to Bangalore

Morning after breakfast, check out and drive back to Bangalore. Transfer to Airport / railway station for your onward journey after a memorable tour.
