Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation of bookings and cancellation policy differs for each product or service. When you make a booking, kindly view terms & conditions of each product or service, which reflects the cancellation, refund with booking terms & conditions. You can cancel any of the confirmed booking with us by calling our customer care team. Cancellation of your request may require a minimum processing time, subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to the type of product or service booked & purchased.

There may be some non refundable services which you booked with us, which are non-utilized or cancelled after the cancellation deadline mentioned in the terms and conditions, while making the purchase.

Customer agree to bear the full cost of any booking, cancellation and administration fees for any products or services booked but not utilized for any reason.

‘Reverie Vacations Private Limited’ reserves the right to decline any booking or purchase for any reason and shall not be held liable for any resulting claims of losses, damages or compensation. In such an event, Reverie Vacations shall refund to you all unutilized money collected from you for that purchase.

For bookings and purchases, which has already been paid by you, when cancelled, refunds will be made (based on the refund policy, mentioned in terms and conditions, while making the booking or at the time of purchase).

  • 30 Days prior to travel 25% of the total package amount
  • 20-30 Days prior to travel 50% of the total package amount
  • 10-20 Days prior to travel 75% of the total package amount
  • 0-10 days prior to travel No Refund is applicable
  • In case of No Show No refunds are applicable
  • In Travel gets cancelled due to natural calamities then No refunds are applicable
  • In case of any Pandemic no refunds are applicable however we can assist you for settlement of amount towards your future bookings as per Terms and Conditions.
  • Air Tickets cancellation is subject to airline’s policy as in some cases these are non refundable
  • TCS** Charged for International bookings will be non refundable anytime.

Cancellation Policy is subject to change. It’s purely depends upon the cancellation policy of respective hotels.

Refund may take between 30-45 working days for the amount to get credited into your account. Refund policies may vary for every product and service

** TCS

Tax Collection at Source (TCS) at the rate of 5.00% will be levied under section 206C(1G)(b) of the Income Tax Act on outbound tour services. The TCS collected will be reflected in the 26AS of the passenger in whose name invoice is raised (Lead passenger) for claiming Income Tax credit, irrespective of the person from whom payment is received. Hence the name of the person on the invoice (Lead Passenger) should be reconfirmed at the time of booking the tour package.

In the event of cancellation of services and refund of amount, Tax collected at source under section 206C(1G)(b) of the Income Tax Act, 1961 shall not be refunded. The non-refunded TCS will be reflected in the 26AS of the passenger in whose name invoice is raised for claiming Income Tax credit.

In case PAN is not provided TCS@10% will be applicable. However as per RBI guidelines, collection of PAN card details has been mandatory for all international bookings
